5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ the committee came to a unanimous view that the meter had recorded abnormal consumption in the month of 5/11 and 6/11 due to some defect in the display unit. Therefore the committee decides that the account of the consumer may be overhauled for the months of 5/11, 6/11 and 7/11 on the basis of actual consumption recorded during the corresponding months of the previous year i.e. 5/10,6/10 & 7/10 respectively and fresh notice be issued to the consumer accordingly.
