5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Sanction CD of the consumer\'s 332 KVA before year 2006 & Transformation Charges @750/- Per KVA comes to be Rs.249000/- being Board Transformer. Consumer Earlier deposited 157500/- & so the difference of Rs. 91500/- was charged by the Audit. DSC checked all the record and found that as per ESR 19.3.2 this amount is recoverable.
