4.  ਵਰਨਣ Wrong billing (consumer requested that he wants load for the repair of sheller & SJO was sent to the computer center & bill on MMC was issued by the Computer Center).
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Committee found that consumer has not run his sheller but CBC Bathinda wrongly made bill on MMC on the basis of SJO issued for repair of sheller.Committee decided that off season rate be charged for the consumption recorded and MMC is not recoveable.
