5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Sh. Sukhminder Singh attended the meeting. This consumer was charged Rs 303023/- as per the checking of ASE/Enforcement, Ludhiana ECR No. 8/391 dt. 10.2.12. As per report, the display & pulse indicator of the meter was not working. The meter was subsequently changed on 10.2.12. Supdt/Audit Party vide half margin no: 46 dt: 5.6.12 had overhauled the accounts of the consumer from 11/11 to 2/12 and 4/2012 taking the actual recorded consumption of same months of previous year. Consumer in his detailed re-presentation pleaded that the average taken was not in order & requested for revising the same. As told by consumer, he had taken a new connection account no: MS-49/72 for 89.76 KW load in the name of Yogita Collections in 10/10 & had shifted load from existing connection to this new connection in 10/11. Committee deliberated the case, studied the consumption patron of a/c no: MS-49/ 728 as well as the a/c no: MS-49/676 & unanimously decided that the accounts of the consumer may be overhauled for the same period i.e. 11/11 to 4/12 by taking the average of previous 6 months 5/11 to 10/11. Revised calculations should be made & consumer should be informed accordingly.
