Gopal Sharma, SE/DS Circle Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. The matter has been discussed at length. Er. Gopal Sharma, SE/DS Circle Jalandhar has placed on record the memo No. 24805/835 dated 3-11-11 received from CE/Commercial, PSPCL, Patiala in support of his contention in this case. As per the decision of the PSPCL placed on record, the matter is decided accordingly and the account of the consumer may be overhauled as per the decision contained in the above memo of CE/Commercial, PSPCL, Patiala. Interest/surcharge on the recoverable amount may also be recovered as per rules/instructions of PSPCL.
