5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee on 28-12-2011. Er. Gopal Sharma, SE/DS Circle Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Nakul Gupta was present before the committee in person. The report of Additional S.E./DS East Commercial Divn. Jalandhar has been placed on record and discussed in the meeting. The Committee after deliberation decided that the Induction Heater be treated as Power Intensive Load as per CE/Commercial, PSPCL, Patiala memo No. 24805/835 dated 03-11-11 and the consumer be charged accordingly. The account of the consumer may be overhauled and other formalities, if any, be also taken care of. Interest/surcharge on the recoverable amount may also be recovered as per rules/instructions of PSPCL.
