5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee again on 23-09-2011. Sh. Rajnish Dhawan was present on the behalf of the consumer. Er. Gopal Sharma, SE/DS Circle Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion in detail. The case has been discussed at length and during the proceedings pending before the committee, the connections have been clubbed and one meter has been installed at the consumer’s premises. The peak load violations may be recalculated. Considering the all three connections clubbed from the date of clubbing up to the date of violation of one meter. The consumer agrees to this and accordingly, the matter is decided. The account of the consumer may be overhauled for the period from 09.06.10 to 09.8.10 for which Rs. 2,82,862/- were charged by the PSPCL and charged accordingly. Interest/surcharge may be recovered from the consumer as per instructions of PSPCL. The refund/excess amount, if any, may be adjusted accordingly.
