5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee again on 21-09-12. Er. Jagmohan Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle Hoshiarpur presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Soban Singh Rawat, Manager was presenton behalf of the consumer before the committee. This is a simple case where the meter is declared erratic and defective. This fact has been certified by the ME Lab. Hoshiarpur in its report dated 27-07-2012. The meter was changed on 12-07-2012. The Committee decided that the average may be charged for the month of 06/2012 and 14 days from (28-06-12 to 12-07-12) i.e. upto the date of effective of MCO. Therefore, 12340 units (8432+3808) may be charged from the consumer and the account be overhauled accordingly. The amount, if any, already charged for this period, may be adjusted. Interest/refund may be recovered/refunded to the consumer as per instructions of PSPCL.

1 Fri 21, Sep 2012  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 26-08-12. Er. Jagmohan Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle Hoshiarpur presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Soban Singh Rawat, Manager was presenton behalf of the consumer before the committee. The representative of the consumer has not brought the authorization, but he promised to bring it on the next date of the ZDSC meeting. Mr. Rawat says that he has already submitted his representation on 06-08-12 and does not want to submit any more petition. The copy of the same has already been sent to Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarppur for giving his comments.Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur has given his comments on the representation of the consumer. This case has been discussed in detail and Committee desired that Dy. CE/DS Circle Hoshiarpur will submit the checking of load/consumption of the said consumer by any Agency of PSPCL for the last three years in the next meeting.
In the interest of justice, this case is deferred to the next date.
