5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Regarding the second issue of the petitioner i.e. the 11 minutes time lag in the Real Time Clock (RTC) of 66KV meter, the committee is of the view that this issue stands resolved automatically with the above decision that peak load hour violations are required to be assessed on the basis of load survey done on meters installed on the 11KV side , which are reported to be correct in the instant case. FRGC has also given the similar decision in the similar case of the petitioner decided earlier on 21.3.2012, Therefore, the ZDSC also decides this issue accordingly.
