5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee again on 23-09-11. Sh. Surinder Kumar appeared on behalf of the consumer before the committee. Er. Gopal Sharma, SE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion in detail. The bill issued on 13-08-10 is for 45588 units for 193 days and is a simple case of accumulation. The consumer has placed on record his consumption for the last three years. The case is decided with the directions that the account of the consumer be overhauled and the amount already paid by the consumer be adjusted and the balance amount may be recovered from the consumer. Interest/surcharge may be recovered from the consumer as per instructions of PSPCL.
