5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee again on 21-09-12. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Yudhvir Singh Proprietor of M/s. Lakh Raj Forging was present before the committee. This case has been discussed at length. Dy. CE/DS Circle Jalandhar vide his memo No.24111/13 dated 20-09-2012 has forwarded the recalculations made by Additional S.E./MMTS-2, PSPCL, Jalandhar and the same has been placed on record. As per recalculations and perusal of the DDL, there is a difference of 30 minutes in the RTC (IST 17.32 hours against 17.06 hours). It is, therefore, decided that the amount now works out to be Rs.1,73, 497/- in place of Rs.2,12, 207/- The difference may be refunded to the consumer alongwith the interest w.e.f. the date of lodging the claim i.e. 06-06-2012 till date of decision of the Committee (21-09-2012) in the future electricity bills of the consumer. The account of the consumer may be overhauled accordingly.
