5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee again on 23-09-11. Sh. Parveen Gandhi, authority letter holder appeared on behalf of the consumer before the committee. Er. Gopal Sharma, SE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion in detail. It is a inflated bill. The consumption of the consumer from 21-12-2005 till 28-03-11 is already on the record and comparison shows that the bill in question is inflated one. In the circumstances of this case, the consumption for the month of October, 2010 (28-09-2010) i.e. 4814 units is taken as justified and correct as basis for charging the bill in question. The account of the consumer may be overhauled for the abovesaid period and charged accordingly. Interest/surcharge may be recovered from the consumer as per instructions of PSPCL.
