5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case was presented by Sr.Xen Sub Divn Moga in the DSC meeting & Sh.Prem kumar present from the consumer side.The consumer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s conection is seasonal.The sentioned contract demand of this connection is 490 KVA.The consumer disconnected his connection dt.on 30-6-11 after the off season.The consumption between month 9/11 is 7332 units & MDI 41.34 KVA .Due to Excess consumption Sr.Xen Computer cell Patiala issued the bill of month 7/11 & 8/11 & 9/11 on the basis of seasonal MMC & the consumer filed his case in DSC.DSC decided on dt.23-2-12 that the clarification taken from the Chief Engg.Commercial Patiala. that if the consumer\\\\\\\'s sanction contract demand 490KVA & off seasonal load is 41.34 KVA then which bill is chargeable.Chief Eng.Commercial Patiala in memo no.349 dt.11-4-12 decided that amount is recoverable & committee is also decided that the amount is correct & recoverable.
