Paramjit singh S/O Sh.Jagraj Singh filed his case rs.163287/-in circle level dispute settelement committee.Sh.Paramjit Singh was present in the DSC committee meeting dated on 25-9-12 & heard about his case by the committee members.The record related to the case was presented by the Er.Kulwant Singh Sandhu Sr.Xen.City Divn moga & pursued by the committee members.The L.T rebate amt 11115 rs.was charged by the consumer by half margin no.16 dt.10-9-12 which was deposited by consumer vied B.A.16 no.194/8455 dt.4-7-12.The chargeable amt.by half margin no.28 dt 11-6-12 was rs.163287 but Sr.Xen City Moga calculated the chargeable amt was rs.62434(which was also verified by the committee members)The interest as per corporation rules also be chargeable from the consumer.
