5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee again on 23-09-11. Sh. Kanav Midha, Proprietor himself presented before the committee. Er. Gopal Sharma, SE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion in detail. It is a case of inflated bill. The consumption data of the consumer has been perused and its is clearl that bill in question is inflated one. The maximum consumption for the month of January, 2007 i.e. 35174 units, be taken as the basis for overhauling the account of the consumer. The case is accordingly decided and the account of the consumer be overhauled. Interest/surcharge may be recovered from the consumer as per instructions of PSPCL.
