The CT/PT unit had gone defective from 11.6.2011 which is authenticated by MMTS ECR No. 1/1657 dated 11.6.2011 and direct supply was given to the consumer vide SJO no 5416 dated 11.6.11. The CP/PT was changed vide SJO No 65/97591 dated 20.6.2011. 2. Committee decides that the account of the consumer may be overhauled for the period from 11.6.2011 (date of giving direct supply) to 22.11.2011 i.e. the date of change of CT/PT unit. Revised RBS may be issued within 15 days from the date of this order with interest/surcharge applicable as per rules.
