5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case was deferred in the previous meetings held on 26.10.2012, 16.11.2012 and 3.12.12 for want of some documents. Desired documents i.e. report of ME Lab, revised detailed history of the case and calculations of the disputed amount and the correct bills of energy were submitted before the Committee by the P.O in the meeting held on 3.12.2012. Sh. Narain Jindal, partner of the firm attended the meeting. The disputed amount consist of mainly the energy bills and surcharge on account of low power factor and more-over the meter of the consumer has been got checked in the ME Lab and results of the meter are within the prescribed limit. After detail deliberation, the Committee decided that the amount charged is recoverable. However disciplinary proceedings against the JE incharge who used to take readings may be initiated for not affecting the TDCO of this M.S. Consumer.

1 Fri 26, Oct 2012  Sh. Narain Jindal, proprietor of the firm appeared before the Commitee but he failed to give the petition. The Committee after scrutinizing the detail of issue of energy bills decided to get the case investigated through PO from concerned Sr.Xen. P.O. was directed to get the petition from the consumer and send the same alongwith his comments alongwith investigation report of Sr. Xen. In the next meeting. The case was deferred.
