5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee again on 23-09-11. Sh. Narinder Singh, XEN, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar was present on the behalf of the consumer. Er. Gopal Sharma, SE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion in detail. The case has been discussed at length. The facts of the case warrant that the average for the corresponding previous period of six months i.e. from 29-09-09 to 05-08-10 (date of change of meter) may be charged. The consumer agrees with the decision. The account of the consumer may be overhauled and charged accordingly. Interest/surcharge may be recovered from the consumer as per instructions of PSPCL.
