5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. This case was fixed for hearing before the committee today i.e. on 12-10-12 and Sh. Jatinder Mohan an employee of the Firm was present before the Committee. He could not present anything against charging of the amount. The case has been discussed at length by the Committee and the representation submitted by the consumer on 26-08-12 has been considered in detail. It is a simple case where variable charges have been raised by PSPCL. Nothing has been found to the contrary of the Departmental action. The amount of Rs.5, 63, 840/- as charged by the PSPCL is fully justified and upheld accordingly. The Committee decides this case accordingly.

1 Fri 21, Sep 2012  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 26-08-12. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Deepak Arora son of Smt. Savita Arora was present on behalf of the consumer before the committee. He is directed to submit Power of Attorney in the next meeting. The representation submitted by him is placed on record and copy thereof supplied to Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar for comments within 7 days to all the members of ZDSC.
The case is deferred to the next meeting.
