5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee again on 23-09-2011. Sh. Vijay Talwar was present on the behalf of the consumer. Er. Gopal Sharma, SE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion in detail. In brief, this is a case where one yellow phase of PT is making missing & breaking and there is no authenticity in this behalf. The DDL is not clear. The consumer agrees to settle it and thus, the offer of calculating preceding six months from the date of checking formula be adopted in this case. The case has decided accordingly. The account of the consumer may be overhauled and charged accordingly. Interest/surcharge may be recovered from the consumer as per instructions of PSPCL.
