Kulbir Singh S/o Sh. Kirpal Singh was present on behalf of the consumer before the committee. The case was discussed at length. It is seen that this is a case of meter jumping. However, the average charged for the month of June, 2011 to August, 2011 may be charged @ 9659 units per month, being the maximum consumption recorded in September, 2009. The case is decided according. The account of the consumer may be overhauled. Interest/refund on the recoverable/refundable amount may also be recovered/refunded as per rules/instructions of PSPCL.
