5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee on 26-08-12. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. None was present on behalf of the consumer before the committee. Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar has intimated to the Committee vide his letter No. 20928/32 dated 24-08-2012 that the consumer has also filed his case in the court of Hon’ble Smt. Harkirat Kaur, Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jalandhar and requested to cancel the approval given by the Chairman, ZDSC-cum-CE/DS(North), PSPCL, Jalandhar vide letter No.14040 dated 13-07-12 for considering thIS case in the ZDSC. Therefore, the Committee decided that the approval given by the Chairman, ZDSC-cum-CE/DS(North), PSPCL, Jalandhar vide letter No.14040 dated 13-07-12 for considering the case in the ZDSC may be cancelled. Accordingly, the case be disposed of.
