5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee on 07-05-12. Er. Karamjit Singh Khehra, CE/DS Circle Nawanshehar presented the case before the committee for discussion. As per decision taken by Z.D.S.C. in its meeting held on 20-05-2011, the consumer was charged for 24 per cent slow working of the meter. Presenting Officer (Dy. CE/DS Circle, PSPCL Nawanshehar) has intimated that the consumer had deposited more amount than the recoverable amount. The interest for the period, the amount remained under adjudication, may be paid as per Regulation No.-114 of Electricity Supply Instructions Manual, subject to pre-audit by A.O.(Field), PSPCL. The pre-audited chargeable amount and refundable amount including interest may be submitted to the Committee within 10 days.
