5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Sr. XEN/Enforcement Patiala & Bathinda checked this connections on 15.11.2012 & found load 329.871 KW against sanctioned 50 KW. This load was revised to 200.811 KW as calculation of 3 Phase Power Plugs, 15 Amp. Plugs & 5 Amp Plugs was calculated wrong by the Flying Squad and Load surcharge of Rs. 113909/- was charged. Committee checked the whole record & found that as per definition of connected load, load which is connected to the wiring is only to be counted. In checking report load of Marble Cutter, Cutter/Divider, Hand Drill Machine, Vibrator, Welding Set, Wooden Cutter, Randa Machine, Hand Cutter & Ragdai Machine has been counted & also load of Power Plugs & Other Plugs has been counted. The above machines which has been narrated above will be comes into operation when wire is put into the plug, So committee reduced the load of 43.68 KW from 200.811 KW & chargeable amount comes to be Rs.80348/- and committee decided to recover this amount i.e. Rs.80348/-
