4.  ਵਰਨਣ Due to huge difference in reading & consumption, connection was checked by Sr.Xen/DS Divn. Baghapurana & SDO Patto Hira Singh jointly on dt. 13.07.2012. Vide his checking report No. 50/53 on the basis of checking consumer account was overhaul from the month 7/2011 to 6/2012 as per 21.4 of the supply code. During the overhaul period meter status code from 8/2011 to 6/2012 was shown as \\\'D\\\' in the meter blank whereas during 7/2011 only 5750 units consumption was charged.
