4.  ਵਰਨਣ AEE/Enf. Bathinda checked the connection on dt. 27.3.12 & reported that due to defectivness of blue phase of CT meter stand dead on one phase. As per 21.4 (g) of supply code consumer account was overhauled of the last 6 month and charged Rs. 2,25,799.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ committee scrutinize the record and found that blue phase of the 11 kv unit is not contributing from 16-12-11 and decided that consumer account be overhauled from 16-12-11 reading 69962 to 28-03-12 reading 124783 (date of mco) along with interest/surcharge.
