Rampal brother of Sh.Om parkash was present from the consumer side.The condition of the consumer & consumption data of the consumer from year 2009 to 2012 have seemed that consumer consumtion 2440 units bimonthly(5 bimonthly)has charged.these are excess charges because the load of the consumer is only 1.86 Kw.From 3 last years the consumtion of the consumer isnot more than 385 units.As per reading record for the month 4/2010 meter dead and stop on 3541 units at the time of reading.after that as per reading data the month 6-10,8-10, 12-10 &2-11 the consumtion of the consumer reccorded 3541 units bimonthly,but when the mmeter return to me lab at that time the reading was 15741.The committee decided that from the last year 2009-2010 according to the consumtion over haul the consumer\\\'s account 1/10 to 2/11.
