5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case was presented by Er.Kulwant Singh Sr.Xen Ds City Divn Moga and the consumer Sh.Balwinder Singh Present from the consumer side.The committee heard the consumer and discuss the consumption patren and consumer record.The disputed meter of the consumer removed wide MCO no.29/34 dt.2-10-12.The consumer meter sent to ME Lab Moga wide challan no.27 dt.15-12-11 and the final reading of the meter 22035 recorded by the concerned J.E.ME.Lab also got the meter as same reading 22035.The committee decided that divide the reading consumption and overhaul the consumer account from disputed date to meter change date. and also take the action against the meter reader.
