Paramjit Singh was present from the consumer side.The estimate cost of the consumer was not compared to the service charge(variation charge)when the demand notice issued to the consumer & had not seen the cc.no.68/2008 whenever the total length of the consumer is 1291 meter.The variable charges of the length above 250 meter has not received from the consumer which was noticed to SDO Dharamkot by I.A wide half margin no.278 dt.9-3-11. The committee decided that the amount 165637/-rs.charged by half margin no.278 dt.9-3-11,which was less, is recoverable from consumer which is already deposited by the consumer.So there isnt any refundable amount to the consumer.
