5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case came up for hearing before the committee again on 23-01-2013. Er. Karamjit Singh Khehra, Dh.CE/DS Circle, Nawnashar presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Sukhminder Singh, Managing Director of the firm appeared before the committee. The case has been discussed at length. It was observed that the connection was running from Category-I feeder from 24-07-2012 to 13-08-2012. The exemption of Peak Load Violation was withdrawn. The committee after deliberation decided that the PLEC charges are recoverable from the consumer. However, monthly PLEC charges already paid if any may be refunded/adjusted subject to pre-audit by Senior Accounts Officer/Field. The consumer claims that he was being fed from Independent feeder from 22-08-2012 and accordingly he is ready to deposit the charges.

1 Wed 23, Jan 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 21-12-2012. Er. Karamjit Singh Khera, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Nawanshahr presented the case before the committee for discussion.
None was present on behalf of the consumer before the committee. The Deputy Chief Engineer/DS Circle, PSPCL, Nawanshahr is directed that a final notice may be issued to the consumer for submission of his representation/petition, in this case, before the ZDSC Chairman-cum-CE/DS (North), Jalandhar with a copy to his office. He is, also, directed to send his comments on the representation of the consumer. In the interest of justice this case is adjourned to the next meeting.
