5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case has been deliberated at length. SE/DS Hoshiarpur has pointed out that Addl.SE/EA&MMTS-2, Jalandhar vide his office letter No. 008 dated 10-01-2013 has intimated that the print out of the consumer was again cross checked and it was found that the amount so assessed was due to wrong EMF applied on it, which was subsequently rectified with correct EMF. The new print out along with calculation sheet was furnished in this case to SE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur. The consumer vide his letter dated 21-01-2013, placed on record, has submitted that he agrees to the recalculated amount of Rs. 1,16,680/- and thus withdraw his case from the ZDSC. The case is thus dismissed as withdrawn. The account of the consumer may be overhauled accordingly.

1 Wed 23, Jan 2013  This case came up for hearing before the committee on 21-12-2012. Er. Jagmohan Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, PSPCL, Hoshiarur presented the case before the committee for discussion. None was present on behalf of the consumer before the committee. The record shows that Sh. Balwinder Singh Bedi, General Manager (Comm.), Sonalika Agro Industries Corpn. Hoshiarpur had submitted an application on dated 19-12-2012 for seeking adjournment. In the interest of justice this case is adjourned with the direction that consumer will submit his representation within one week to the ZDSC with a copy to concerned Dy.CE who will offer his comments within one week thereof. The Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur is directed to inform the consumer accordingly and submit his comments on the representation/petition of the consumer to the Committee well before the next meeting.
2 Thu 28, Feb 2013  This case came up for hearing before the committee on 21-12-2012 and on 23-01-2013. Er. Jagmohan Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the committee. None was present on behalf of the consumer before the committee. The case has been discussed at length. The Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur has pointed out that the consumer has given his representation. The Dy.CE/DS Hoshiarpur wants time to work out the details and look into the various points raised in the representation and Dy.CE/DS Hoshiarpur is directed to submit his report before the next meeting. In the interest of justice the case is adjourned to the next meeting.
