5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case has been discussed at length. The DDL has been placed on record and as per this DDL, the meter remained dead/non functional for 102 days on two phases Yellow and Blue. Thus, it is clear that the meter was slow by 62% for these 102 days. Accordingly, it is decided that the consumer be charged. The account of the consumer be overhauled and interest charged accordingly as per instructions of PSPCL.

1 Wed 23, Jan 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 21-12-2012. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Ram Lubhaya Kapoor father of Sh. Rajesh Kapoor appeared before the committee in person. He did not submit his representation earlier. He wants to submit his representation in writing. The request of the consumer has been considered. The consumer is directed to file his representation/petition within 7 days, from today, to the committee with a copy to Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar. The Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar will submit his comments on the representation/petition of the consumer within 7 days.
2 Thu 28, Feb 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 21-12-2012 and 23-01-2013. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Rajesh Kapoor appeared before the committee in person. The case has been deliberated. In order to determine the consumption, the DDL of this consumer be procured and put up to the committee before the next date. Present reading be also procured and put up. The Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar is directed that comments on the representation of the consumer received on 23-01-2013 may be given and supplied to all members of the committee before the next meeting. The case is adjourned to the next meeting.
