Sh.Vinod Kumar representative of the consumer appeared before the committee. The matter has been deliberated at length. It is a case, where the software of the meter got defective. The consumption of the consumer for 7/12 was 14258 units and accordingly the consumer may be charged at this rate for the disputed period. The accounts of the consumer may be overhauled and charged accordingly.

1 Wed 23, Jan 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 21-12-2012. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. The consumer, Sh. Varinder Kumar, in person, was present in the committee. The consumer has requested that he wants to submit detailed representation and seek for date. In the interest of justice, this case is deferred to the next date. The consumer is directed to submit his representation within 7 days to ZDSC as well as to the Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar who will offer his comments and forward to the committee within 7 days.
