5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee again on 23-01-2013. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Mukhtiar Singh Court Clerk of Improvement Trust, Phagwara appeared before the committee. The representative of the consumer has submitted an application for adjournment of the case because the Legal Advisor of the consumer is busy somewhere else. This case was taken up in the last meeting on dated 21-12-2012 and the case was adjourned on the request of the consumer. The request has been received and placed on record. The representation has been fully discussed in detail and even the consumer admitted that it is a case of UUE. In view of the above this case is apparently of UUE as pointed out by Dy.CE/DS Jalandhar vide his letter No. 296/99 dated 04-01-2013. In view of this, the case is returned to Dy.CE DS Circle, Jalandhar for necessary action as per instruction of the PSPCL.

1 Wed 23, Jan 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 21-12-2012. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Sumit Kaushal Advocate has submitted his Power of Attorney as authorized representative and counsel on behalf of the consumer before the committee. He has, also, requested for adjournment to present his representation. The request of the counsel has been considered. The case is deferred to the next date. The consumer’s representative is directed to submit his representation/petition within 7 days from today to the committee with a copy to Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar, who would send his comments within 7 days to the committee.
