5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case was presented by S.Xen Ds Divn Kotkapura in the DSC meeting Which was held on 28-12-12.Sh.Rulia Ram Singla Manager & Sh.Keval Krishan Partner were present from Consumer side.P.O said that consumer did not submitt his test report & certificate of polution control in time.He has submitted his test report & polution certificate on dated 3-12-12.So the consumer issued the bill from dated 6-10-12 to 2-12-12 mmc 180KVAx452 amount Rs.154584,which is deposited by consumer wide R.O -4 no.133/8477 dt.2-12-12.The committee review all the case and amount charged as under:- Acc. to circular no.40/2012 the consumer\'s per month base unit=4800=(180-50)/10x400=4800+5200=10000 so acc.to cicular no.40/2012 the consumer charged mmc as under:- 6-10-12 to 23-10-12(17 days)=(17/30)x452x180KVA=46104/-Rs. 23-10-12 to 2-12-12(40 days)=(40/30)x10000x5.61=74800/-rs. Total= 120904/-rs.So the consumer charged rs.120904/-rs instead of 154584/-rs. and rs.74800/ adjusted in mmc in the end of seasion.beside this the interest of power com also recover from consumer.
