1 Thu 28, Feb 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 23-01-2013. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. None for the consumer. The Deputy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar vide his Memo. No. 1760/64 dated 22-01-2013 has intimated that the consumer has not deposited the requisite amount of 20% to enable the fixation of the case before the ZDSC. The consumer is SHO Police Station Adampur. In view of the facts that the consumer is a Law and Order agency, it is, therefore, considered necessary in the interest of justice to afford one opportunity finally to the consumer to deposit the amount within 10 days failing which the consumer shall forefeet his right and the case may be decided on merits accordingly. In the interest of justice, this case is adjourned to the next date.
