It is a simple case of jumping of meter. The consumer may be charged on the basis of LDHF formula for the disputed period. Accordingly the case is decided and the account of the consumer be overhauled as per instruction of PSPCL.

1 Thu 28, Feb 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 23-01-2013. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. Sh. Rajinder Kumar consumer appeared before the committee in person. The consumer wants to submit his representation. The consumer is directed to submit his representation within one week to the committee with a copy to Dy.CE/DS Circle, PSPCL, Jalandhar who will submit his comments thereafter within 7 days and will send to all committee members. The case is adjourned accordingly to the next date.
