4.  ਵਰਨਣ Connection of consumer checked by flying squad Bathinda on dt. 11-12-2012. During checking it was found meter is running slow by -27.46. A/c of the consumer was overhauled for the previous six months by giving effect of slowness and charged Rs. 2,28,566/-.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After scrutinize the record zdsc decided that amount charged to the consumer is correct & recoverable. in addition to this committee also decided to recover interest/surcharge as per instructions of pspcl.
