Connection checked by F/S Bathinda. on dated 4/10/2012 & found that meter was running slow by 57.31% while checking through ERS&EC on 6.31KW load. F/S also reported that 2 phases of meter found dead stop and only one phase of meter was running.on the basis of this checking account of the consumer was overhauled for the previous six month by enhancing consumption two times and charged Rs 251182/-.
