two connection bearing account no GC11/14 & GC11/15 was running in the consumer premises . meter of a/c no. GC11/15 was got defective in the month of 2/11.average from 2/11 to 1/12 was charged on the basis of corresponding previous years consumption and from 2/12 to 9/12 on LXDXHXF formula . Sr. xen enf. Bathinda checked the premises on 24/7/12. and pointed that both the connection running in the same premises and should be clubbed. therefore A/C no GC11/15 was disconnected permanently and clubbed the load. defaulting amt. outstanding against account no GC11/15 was charged to A/C no GC11/14. consumer challenge the average bill of A/C no GC 11/15 from 2/12 to 9/12 prepared on LXDXHXF formula.

After scrutinize the record and listen to the consumer & PO both committee decided that consumer A/C should be Overhauled from 8/12/2010 to the date of PDCO on the basis of average consumption recorded during 11/5/10 to 8/10/2010 i.e. 1121 unit PM along with Interest/Surcharge as per PSPCL Instruction.
