5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case has been discussed at length. The DDL has been perused and discussed in detail with the consumer and the factum of red phase not working was explained to him. The CT/PT unit in this case was replaced on 24-09-2012. The account of the consumer for the period 13-07-2012 to 27-08-2012, for which the DDL is available, may be overhauled as per actual half hourly readings of red, yellow and blue phase recorded in the DDL. For the remaining period of six months starting from 01-04-2012 to 24-09-2012 (From the Date of replacement of CT/PT Unit), the account may be overhauled as per actual consumption of correspondence period of last year i.e. 2011. Accordingly the account may be overhauled and the consumer be charged interest accordingly as per PSPCL rules and regulations.
