connection of the consumer was checked by sr xen F/S fzr on dt 17/10/12. During checking it was found that cable was defective from CT of yellow phase. on the display of meter current found 0.0 amp on yellow phase. and current on other two phase is recorded.Meter not recorded consumption on CT of yellow phase. Meter was checked through ERS meter and found running slow by 34.71%. on the basis of the above checking A/C of the consumer was overhauled and charged Rs 202755.

The committe scrutinize the consumption pattern & report received from the concerned firm & found that yellow phase of meter was not recording any consumption w.e.f. 17-10-12 and it was also observed that the consumption has been decreased with effect from 17-10-12, so committe decided that consumer\'s account be overhauled w.e.f. 17-10-92 upto date of change of meter with factor (-)34.7%. Committe also decided that interest/surcharge also be recovered from consumer as per PSPCL\'s Instructions.
