connection was checked by Sr Xen S/u div Ferozepur on dt 6/1/13 and reported that PT of the yellow phase is missing.PT of the yellow phase was carbonised . after clearing the carbon, connection was again started and found that potential of the yellow phase which was missing now restored . due to non recording of consumption on 1 phase consumer\'s account was overhauled for the preiod 6/12 to 11/12 and charged Rs 390934.
