1 Fri 07, Jun 2013  This case came up for hearing before the committee on 17-05-2013. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee for discussion. The consumer Sh. S.K. Batta appeared in person before the committee and submitted his petition which is placed on record. The case has been perused and discussed in detail. As per order of the Consumers Grievances Redressal Forum, PSPCL, PATIALA dated 27-11-2012 already on record this case has been remanded to ZDSC for reconsideration. As observed by the said authority the appeal of PSERC is pending with ATE New Delhi and Er. H.P. Gupta, Dy. CE/Sales-II, PSPCL, Patiala has informed that the next date in the said case is 05-07-2013. This case is accordingly adjourned and shall be decided as per orders of ATE New Delhi. The case is adjourned sine die and be put up on the receipt of Judgment of the ATE New Delhi.
