5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The consumer Sh.. Surinder Kumar has submitted his representation as well which has been placed on record and discussed in detail. Due hearing was given to him. The case has been discussed at length. The consumer has stated that he is having an ATM Machine in his premises and it is a simple case of meter jumping. The committee keeping in view the date of connection as 07-04-2012, agreed that it is a case of jumping of meter. The consumer agrees that the average of 1392 units bi-monthly may please be charged from him for the disputed period. The case is decided accordingly and the average of 1392 unit bi-monthly be charged from the consumer for the disputed period. The account of the consumer may be overhauled and interest on the disputed amount may be regulated as per instructions of the PSPCL.
