5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The consumer has submitted that due to the power cuts and market conditions there was fall in his business activities and as such the consumption was low. The case has been discussed at length. The case of the consumer is decided with the directions that the account of the consumer be overhauled for 6 months from 08/2011 to 01/2012 on the basis of consumption of last year as per instructions contained in Para 21.4(g)(b) of Supply Code. The case is decided accordingly. The consumer\'s account may be overhauled as per instructions of PSPCL. The interest on the disputed amount may also be regulated as per instructions of PSPCL.

1 Thu 29, Aug 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 26-07-2013. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. Sh. Surinder Singh husband of Smt. Kulwinder Kaur appeared before the committee in person. The consumer has submitted his representation dated 24-6-2013 which is already on record. But the comments of the Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar on it have not been received or supplied to the consumer. The case is adjourned for the comments of Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar who will do the needful within 7 days with a copy to the consumer. The case is adjourned to the next date.
