5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case has been discussed at length and the comments of Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar on the representation of the consumer has also been received. The consumer submitted that although his sanctioned load has been enhanced but due to new technique/technology used in the newly installed more efficient machinery, his MDI as well as consumption is low. The report of ME Lab dated 26-08-2013 has been perused and the meter is O.K. As per copy of recent bills submitted by the consumer, the MDI is 09.90 KVA in the bill dated 23-08-2013. The report of Er. R.K. Bhardwaj, Addl.SE/Tech Operation Circle, Jalandhar has been received today which is placed on record. As per report the meter of A/C No. MS 17/36 was checked on 26-08-2013, the working of meter was found to be correct and it has been reported that the consumer was found using less load in comparison with the sanctioned load in his premises. Accordingly the disputed amount charged from the consumer is not chargeable and be refunded. The case is decided accordingly as per instructions of PSPCL.

1 Thu 29, Aug 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 26-07-2013. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. The consumer Sh. Abhay Aggarwal appeared before the committee in person. The consumer wants to submit his written statement. The case is adjourned for the submission of his written statement finally within 7 days to Dy.CE DS Circle, Jalandhar with a copy to ZDSC who will offer his comments and forward the same to ZDSC. The case is adjourned to the next meeting.
