The consumer agrees that he may be charged maximum consumption from the last 3 years i.e. 1849X2, for the month 12-08-2010, may be charged for the month of 5/13 instead of 15856X2. Accordingly the case is decided

1 Thu 29, Aug 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 26-07-2013. Er. Sandeep Kumar, SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the committee. Sh. Sarabjit Singh Electrician representative of the consumer appeared before the committee. Sh. P.K. Duggal has submitted his power of attorney which is placed on record. Sh. P.K. Duugal has submitted an application that the copy of DDL and the report of ME Lab for the challenged meter have not been supplied to him to enable him to submit his detailed representation. The consumer has admitted that he has no compliant about the power factor. A copy of application has been supplied to SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala for needful who will submit his comments on it within 7 days with a copy to consumer thereafter. The case is adjourned to the next date.
