5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case has been discussed at length. It is a simple case of meter jumping during the period under dispute i.e. during the month of 07/2012 and 08/2012. Keeping in view the previous consumption of the consumer, it is decided that the consumption of this consumer during the corresponding period of 07/2011 and 09/2011 i.e. 2232 and 1881 units respectively be charged for the disputed period. The consumer agreed to the decision of committee. The account of the consumer may be overhauled as per instructions of PSPCL. The interest on the disputed amount may be levied as per instructions of PSPCL.The case is decided accordingly.

Jaswinder Kumar for the consumer has submitted an application that the consumer Sh. J.K. Jain is out of station and seeks for adjournment. The case is adjourned with the direction that he will submit his representation within 7 days with a copy to Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar who will offer his comments within 7 days thereof. The case is adjourned to the next date.
