5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case has been discussed at length. The amount in this case of Rs.35210/- as worked out by the audit party vide Half Margin No. 269 dated 08-11-2012 is correct and the consumer is liable to pay this amount and be charged accordingly. This amount is, accordingly, decided to be charged from the consumer. Regarding the disputed period in Para No.3 and 4 above in the history, the case is decided and the consumer be charged for the disputed period 09-01-2013 to 14-05-2013 @ 6796 units per bi-monthly. The account of the consumer may, therefore, be overhauled and worked out as per instructions of PSPCL and the case is decided accordingly. The interest on the disputed amount may be levied as per instructions of PSPCL.

1 Wed 25, Sep 2013  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 29-08-2013. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. Sh. Deepak Gupta representative of the consumer appreared before the committee in person. He has directed to file his Power of Attorney on the next date. He has further directed to submit his detailed representation, if any, within 7 days with a copy to Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his comments within 7 days and thereof a copy of comments be sent to consumer. The case is adjourned to the next meeting.
